The results that are shown from the search are service stations who have said they may be able to assist. Unfortunately there is no guarantee for a number of reasons:
- They may only have 1 member of staff available, and they aren't allowed to leave the shop for security. This may happen if someone is off sick, or is busy helping someone else.
- Under normal situations they can help, but perhaps today there is a reason they can't help.
This is why you should ask the service station before you drive there. This way they have agreed that they can help and you will know they will help when you arrive.
